Vendor Registration for the Dundas Handmade Market 

Date -Saturday May 4th 2024
Set Up Time -  7.30am- 9.30am
Doors Open - 10am - 3.30pm


Location- Saint James Anglican Church 137 Melville St Dundas.
Parking for Vendors-Street Parking - Parking for Public Back Parking lot.


Vendors unload at back of Church or if you are in The Narthex Room or The Church you can unload at the front. There are stairs at the front or come in first take a look at where you will be and decide which way is best.

For 1st time Vendors
In Order to be accepted, your product must be unique and handmade. Purchased products for resale are not allowed.
Please include at least 6-8 HI Res images of your product email to
Application Deadline - Sat April 6th or when rooms are full
There is space for 19 Vendors in the Dundas Room  
There is space for 6 Vendors in the  Parlour
There is space for 10 Vendors in the Narthex Room

3 in the Hallway
There is space for 17 Vendors in the Church.


Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and liability of their own display and products
There is hydro only where there is a plug

All exhibitors are responsible for their own sales and any taxes.


If an exhibitor needs to Cancel their attendance at the Market after
Monday April 22nd there is NO REFUND.

The Dundas Handmade Market is run by Christine Green, the Vendors assume all risks and responsibilities while participating in this event.


Upon submitting an application for the Dundas Handmade Market, the exhibitor agrees to provide his/her own liability insurance and here by agree that Christine Green will not be held liable for any and all damage, expense or liability from any injury or damage to any person.

We will endeavour to promote the Market through our internal emails, Social media and Lawn Signs & Eccles Service Station prior to the Market
We will provide you with a PDF flyer via email to use in promoting to your own social circles etc. I strongly advise you as a Vendor to promote yourself on your Social Media saying you will be at this Dundas Handmade Market.

You must provide your own table cloth and make sure it goes to the floor.
Have professional signage- wear your own name tag.
Spaces are only reserved with full payment.

{There are only 19 tables}
If you use the extra space beside your table making if more than 8ft add $10.
Hydro is included where there is a plug available.
